Virtual A.G.M. 2021

Annual General Meeting

The continuing Covid restrictions mean that our AGM this year will be a virtual one. It will be held via Zoom on Tuesday 25th May 2021, starting at 7.30pm. The purpose of the AGM will be to review the Watch’s activities during the past year, to approve the financial accounts, to elect the committee and to answer any questions from members.  Any member wishing to join the online meeting will need an access link, which can be obtained by emailing vicechair@broadstonewatch.org.uk

BNW’s accounts for the year ended 31st March 2021 will be available on our website from mid-April or they can be obtained by email request to treasurer@broadstonewatch.org.uk

As always, we would be pleased to hear from anyone interested in taking on a more active role within the Watch. Our committee currently consists of seven elected officers (Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Membership Officer, Development Officer, Treasurer and Editor) and up to eight elected Coordinators. Most current committee members are prepared to stand for re-election, and anyone else interested in standing for any of these roles should notify the Secretary by 25th April 2021. At the AGM, members will vote in the new Committee.

Any questions for the AGM should be sent to the Secretary by 18th May 2021, so we can ensure a full response is provided and hold the meeting to time.
